Governance (Board and Proprietors)
 
As an integrated school we have both a proprietors group and a Board of Trustees.

The Proprietors are the group that signed the deed of integration with the Ministry of Education and are responsible for matters related to the special character of the school and the capital development of the property. The proprietors and their representatives on the Board of Trustees are made up of members of the Gateway Life Centre and others they ask to represent them. The land and buildings are owned by the proprietors who levy attendance dues to meet the costs of our extensive building programme in line with the School’s Integration Agreement.

The school is managed by a Board of Trustees which meets on the third Wednesday of each month (February - November). The Board comprises:

• Student Representative
